About Success in Motion Therapy
Success in Motion® is a private Occupational Therapy practice operated by Naomi Siegal, OTR/L (Licensed Registered Occupational Therapist), CMT (Certified Massage Therapist), CIMT (Certified Interactive Metronome Trainer).
Naomi received a Bachelor's Degree in Biology from Carleton College in 1980, and certification as a Massage Therapist (CMT) in a 1200 hour course at the Boulder School of Massage Therapy in 1985.
Naomi completed her training in Occupational Therapy at the College of St. Catherine in 1995. She is registered with the National Board of Certification in OT (NBCOT) and licensed by the State of Minnesota. She is certified to administer the Sensory Integration and Praxis Tests (SIPT) through USC/WPS (University of Southern California/Western Psychological Services).
She has completed additional training courses in Sensory Integration, Sensory Defensiveness (Wilbarger), The Ready Approach (Hanshu), CranioSacral Therapy (Upledger), Lymph Drainage Therapy (Upledger), Therapeutic Listening (Frick), Treatment of Visual Deficits (Warren), and Myofascial Release (Barnes).
In addition to Occupational Therapy for kids, we offer:
- Therapeutic Massage
- Lymph Drainage Therapy
- CranioSacral Therapy
- Occupational Therapy treatment for adults with visual deficits following stroke or brain injury, or patients with lymphedema
- Pain management for people suffering from chronic pain
